Obituary for Masaru Robert Nakagiri

NAKAGIRI, MASARU “BOB” (87), Veteran of US Army, passed away on February 14, 2015 in Los Angeles.  He is survived by his children, Susan and Kirk Nakagiri; siblings, Shigemi (Donna) Nakagiri, Minako Jane Shintani, and June Sueko (Jim) Akioka; brothers-in-law, Mitsuo, Jiro, Frank (Hideko), and Hiroshi (Sumako), Tadashi Roy, and Isamu Rick Tsushima; sisters-in-law, Tomiye Mary Nakagiri and May (Keigo) Obata; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 7:00PM at Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 12371 Braddock Ave., Culver City with Rev. John Iwohara from Gardena Buddhist Church officiating.
