Obituary for Carey Thomas Nakayama

(54) passed away on July 2, 2017 in Monterey Park.  He is survived by his mother, Annie Nakayama, siblings, Christopher (Denise) Nakayama, Cynthia (Tony) Fabela and Craig Nakayama; nieces and nephews, Anthony Fabela, Corinne (Jorge) Chavez,  Derek Fabela and Tye Nakayama; grand nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Jorge, Daniel Chavez and Sophia Fabela; and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 11:00AM at LA Holiness Church, 3660 S. Gramercy Pl., LA with Rev. Rick Chuman from GEMS officiating
