Obituary for Fern Teruyo Shigaki

SHIGAKI, FERN TERUYO (87) passed away on September 3, 2009 in Lomita.  She is survived by her children, Eileen Keiko Higa and Janice (Vip) Miyashiro, grand children, Karin (Russell Ferguson) and Kevin (Julia Carnahan) Higa, Justin and Myles Miyashiro; great grand daughter, Rose Keiko Higa; siblings, Mie Miyake from Japan, Tom Shinmachi from New York, Ted (Helen) Shinmachi, and Yuriko (Kiyofumi) Matsuura; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 10:30AM at Inglewood Park Cemetery Grace Chapel, 720 E. Florence Ave., Inglewood with Rev. Ron Kato from MOA Los Angeles officiating.
