Obituary for Evelyn Sadako Matoi

Evelyn Sadako Matoi, 83, long time resident of Long Beach, went to Heaven to be with the Lord on May 28, 2010.

She is survived by her loving husband, Kaname; children Kevin Matoi, Lynda (Wayne) Nakahara, Craig (Donna) Matoi, and David Matoi; brothers Herb Yomogida, Harold Yomogida; sisters Janet (James) Hayashi and Joanne Okada; sister-in-law Atsuko Yomogida, and brothers-in-law Bob Matoi, Mas Matoi and Susumu Matoi.  In addition, she is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.  She was predeceased by her parents George and Ruth Yomogida and her brother Glenn Yomogida. 


According to her wishes, private services were held at Green Hills Memorial Park.  
Note: Flower orders for Evelyn Sadako Matoi must have been made at least 48 hours before the service time.
