Obituary for Joe Yoshito Nakawatase

NAKAWATASE, JOE YOSHITO (79), veteran of the Korean Conflict, passed away on June 27, 2010 in Torrance.  He is survived by his wife, Kazuko Nakawatase; children, Lynn (Steve) Honda and Leala (Jack) Stephenson; grandchildren,Makena, Kai, Keanu, Mailina Honda, Kira and Quinn Stephenson; brother, Roy (Terry) Nakawatase; sisters, Sachi Nakawatase and Ruby (Aki) Kiyohara; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 10:00AM at Senshin Buddhist Temple, 1311 W. 37th St., LA, CA.  Family requests that flowers be omitted.
