Obituary for Jack Kiyoshi Ota

He is survived by his wife, Michiko Ota; children, Jackie and Alan Ota; sisters, Mabel Kishi and Yuriko Kubo; sisters-in-law, Grace (Katsumi) Okuno and Sumi Suda; brother-in-law, Masao Oshiki; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
