Obituary for Irene Shizuye Obata

OBATA, Irene Shizuye (83) peacefully passed away on November 16, 2008 in Pasadena.  She is survived by her daughters, Karen Obata and Lorraine (Tim) Sloper; sons, Lawrence and Gary (Judy) Obata; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Private funeral mass was held on Friday, November 21, 2008 at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. Kubota Nikkei Mortuary, Directors (213) 749-1449.
