Obituary for Kisaburo Kodama

KODAMA, KISABURO (85) passed away on September 8, 2011 in Newport Beach.  He is survived by his wife, Mitsuko Kodama; children, Yoshihiko (Sandra), Kotomi Kodama and Shoko (Tatsuo) Watanabe; many grandchildren; brother, Iwao (Satsuko) Kodama; sisters, Toshiko Ueno and Mineko Maezono of Japan; brothers-in-law, Takenori (Sadako) and Mitsuo Ueno; sisters-in-law, Atsuko (Tokuji) Fukumoto, Tatsuko Arimura and Etsuko Osako; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in US and Japan.

 

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2011 at 7:00PM at Newport Beach Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple,  254 Victoria St., Costa Mesa with Bishop Noriaki Ito from Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple officiating. 

 

Note: Flower orders for Kisaburo Kodama must have been made at least 48 hours before the service time.
