Obituary for Hayako Tanaka

TANAKA, HAYAKO “BARBARA” (88) passed away on November 21, 2011 in Los Angeles.  She is predeceased by her husband, Leo Tanaka and survived by her siblings, Yoshiko Shishido and Hiroyuki Kuwahara; sisters-in-law, Keiko Tanaka and Sakie Kuwahara; also beloved aunt survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

 

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2011, at 3:00PM at West Los Angeles Buddhist Temple, 2003 Corinth Ave., West Los Angeles, CA 90025. 

Note: Flower orders for Hayako Tanaka must have been made at least 48 hours before the service time.
