Obituary for Shoji Yamada

YAMADA, SHOJI (84) veteran of WWII, passed away on December 3, 2011 in Torrance.  He is survived by his children, Kimi Yamada and Karen (Glenn) Murakami; grand children, Derek and Kyle Murakami; brothers, Yoshito (Alice), Hidemi (Ellen), and Suyenori (Toni) Yamada; sister-in-law, Michi Ishii; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

 

A private funeral service was held on Friday, December 30, 2011 at Gardena Buddhist Church with Rev. Marvin Harada from Orange County Buddhist Church officiating.
