Obituary for Shizu Kato

KATO, Shizu (94) peacefully passed away on April 29, 2013 in Los Angeles. She is survived by her children, Norman Toshio (Gay) Kato, Marilyn Nami Kobayashi and Nadine Kayo (Rodney) Yamane; six grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Kazuko Kato and Kimi Iwahashi the latter of Tokyo, Japan; brothers-in-law, Shuji Uyematsu of Watsonville, CA and Mas Hitomi; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
 
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Chapel of Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes with Rev. Edward Siebert officiating. 
 
Note: Flower orders for Shizu Kato must have been made at least 48 hours before the service time.
