SANKEY, ANITA MITSUKO (91) passed away on September 7, 2013 in North Hollywood.  She is survived by her children, Kitty, Dr. Mikio (Kathy), and EdWing Sankey; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in the U.S. and Japan.
