A funeral service for Isamu Yoshimi, 87 year-old, Isleton, CA born Nisei, Korean War Veteran, who passed away on January 19, 2014 was held on Friday, January 31, 2014 at the Chapel of Kubota Nikkei Mortuary. www.kubotanikkeimortuary.com

He is survived by his wife, Yasuko Yoshimi; children, Arlene Yoshimi, Charlotte (John) Kim, and Dennis (Lally) Yoshimi; grandchildren, Kyle and Kailyn Yoshimi; brother, Mitsuo Yoshimi; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
